Allison Grandy and Mike Lowell: January 9, 2024, Abdullah v. Bratus, Orange County, 30-2021-01190842, admitted liability, 7 day jury trial, Plaintiff asked for $127,250, jury awarded $6,150. Defendant's CCP 998 was $30,000. Judgment will be entered in favor of Defendant.

Michael Maiolo and Douglas Cullins: December 13, 2023, Enriquez v. McCarthy, 2020-01166605, Orange County Superior Court, 6 day jury trial, admitted liability, both Plaintiffs asked for over $130,000 each. The jury awarded Martha Enriquez $15,500 and Jose Enriquez $14,500. Defendant had previously served CCP 998's for $30,000 each. Judgment will be entered in favor of Defendant.
