Nageen graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Fullerton, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy. During her undergraduate studies, she authored and published two books addressing the effects of trauma and significant life events across various stages of development and socioeconomic backgrounds. Her scholarly work was presented at university symposiums, and her critique of another author’s work on moral sentimentalism was recognized in its eventual publication.

Following graduation, Nageen further developed her advocacy background by working closely with grassroot lobbyists in Sacramento on initiatives involving permanent supportive housing and cannabis legislation. She subsequently earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she gained litigation experience in a broad range of civil matters, including elder abuse, employment discrimination, hate crimes and incidents, and school bullying. This foundation in advocacy, legal analysis, and civil litigation led her to trial practice, where she has represented clients on both sides of civil disputes.

Nageen joined the firm 2 years ago and had her first 8 day jury trial representing Defendant in April, 2026. The jury awarded $125,000 after Plaintiff rejected a CCP 998 for $750,000.
