A SoCal native, Nageen (“GG”) graduated from Calstate Fullerton Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy. During her college career, she published two books: one analyzing the influence of culture and society and the other, the effect of traumatic life events. Her interest in the ramifications of trauma naturally led her to pursue law in personal injury in an effort to advocate for the voiceless. Upon being admitted into Chapman Dale E. Fowler School of Law, Nageen began her legal career in grassroots advocacy, working on several pro bono cases involving employment discrimination, hate crimes/incidences, and school bullying, to name a few. She also worked closely with lobbyists in support of Permanent Supportive Housing and Cannabis Legislation. She later took her passion for advocacy to Elder Abuse Litigation, translating medical records and developing case strategies while corresponding with families whose loved ones were victims of commercialism and gross neglect. Wanting more Personal Injury experience, Nageen interned for a Personal Injury firm in her last year of law school, working intimately with the Litigation team in preparing cases in anticipation of trial. After earning her Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University, she dedicated two years to practicing in Plaintiff’s personal injury, advancing her skills in client advocacy and trial preparation. This experience seamlessly paved the way for her current role in defense, where she utilizes her comprehensive understanding of both sides of legal disputes to provide strategic and effective representation.

When not practicing law, Nageen enjoys spending time with her Australian Shepherd, Rocky, hiking and exploring new trails around Southern California. When not reading or writing legal briefs, she enjoys reading and writing poetry and fiction. Her favorite authors and poets include William Wordsworth, Virginia Woolf, and William Faulkner, to name a few. Nageen is also an active member of a recreational sports league, participating in sports like Beach Volleyball and Flag Football. In between her active lifestyle and during her downtime, Nageen enjoys cooking new foods, baking, and spending time with her friends and family.
