Allison started clerking with the firm in 2013 following her graduation from University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Anthropology. She earned a full merit scholarship to Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, graduating in 2016. She was admitted to practice law in both State and Federal court in December 2016.

Allison began trying cases pre-Covid in 2018. In the last two years Allison has 13 jury trials with 5 defense verdicts.

Allison became a Partner with the firm in 2021.
