Allison Grandy and Chanel Araujo: June 13, 2024, Burns v. Meza, Orange County Superior Court, 30-2021-01221051, 9 day jury trial, plaintiff asked for $4.5 million, admitted liability, 9-3 defense verdict. Defendant's CCP 998 was $50,000. Judgment will be entered in favor of defendant.

Allison Grandy and Mike Lowell: April 10, 2024, Messen; Rodriguez v.Vandyken, Orange County Superior Court, 30-2019-01080498, admitted liability, 2 plaintiffs, 12-0 defense verdict both plaintiffs. Defendant's CCP 998's were not accepted. Judgment will be entered in favor of Defendant.

Allison Grandy: March 14, 2024, Vang v. Anderson, Superior Court, County of Fresno, 21CECG03365, admitted liability, hit-and-run, no defendant at trial, no defense experts, carrier intervened, 9-3 defense verdict. Judgment will be entered in favor of Defendant.

Allison Grandy and Mike Lowell: January 9, 2024, Abdullah v. Bratus, Orange County, 30-2021-01190842, admitted liability, 7 day jury trial, Plaintiff asked for $127,250, jury awarded $6,150. Defendant's CCP 998 was $30,000. Judgment will be entered in favor of Defendant.

Michael Maiolo and Douglas Cullins: December 13, 2023, Enriquez v. McCarthy, 2020-01166605, Orange County Superior Court, 6 day jury trial, admitted liability, both Plaintiffs asked for over $130,000 each.
