Punitive damages
We have handled hundreds of punitive damage claims including felony drunk driving, assault and battery and intentional infliction cases. Wrongful death
We have gained an expertise in defending survival actions under CCP 377.20 et seq. and wrongful death actions pursuant to CCP 377.60. These statutory provisions along with the Probate Code govern who has the right to bring such claims and what damages are recoverable.
