Doug Cullins and Jim Grandy are proud members of the American Board of Trial Advocates with over 500 jury trials and arbitrations spanning 58 years of combined experience. We have handled over 3,000 litigated cases. We specialize in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and punitive damages cases. Jim Grandy has been an adjunct professor at Concordia University since 2006 teaching business law to the MBA students emphasizing business litigation. In Doug Cullins' recent trial, an Orange County jury returned a defense verdict for his client on a $16 million wrongful death claim. Just prior to that in Riverside County, the jury returned a defense verdict in his client's favor on a $1 million case. Before that in Orange County, plaintiff asked for $850,000 and Doug obtained a jury verdict of $20,000 on behalf of the defendant. Jim Grandy recently completed a five week trial on liability in Orange County where the Court found plaintiff 80% at fault. In spite of a $5 million life care plan, plaintiff settled for $12,500.
